The Yards and Games Story
It all started eleven years ago, in the yard of our house in Orlando. My two loving parents bought us, their son and daughter, a small trampoline so that our yard can look nicer and we had something to play with. My sister and I were barely tall enough to see the top of the trampoline back then, but that didn't stop us from sneaking in and doing flips. We spent many summer hours in that trampoline, even competing at times.
When I moved into my house and started a family, I decided I wanted to purchase a large trampoline and buy everything else that I needed for my yard. By this point, my kinds were big fans and wanted to be able to play whenever they wanted.
Surprisingly, we found the process of shopping for products for the yard locally quite frustrating. Most "big box" stores simply didn't carry a wide variety of quality products. Even stores that had products generally suffered from poor after-sales service. Trampolines for example can be affected due to weathered conditions and without solid after-sales service, you may find yourself in a customer service void and left to either spend too much on servicing or--worse yet--with a damaged product collecting dust over the years.
Finding the perfect balance of service and product for us was virtually impossible.
That's why we decided to started Bouncy Trampolines, then grow it to what it is today--Yards and Games. We want to help people who share our passion with games for the yard in their quest to find the perfect product, all the while providing quality service.
